Algae: AD

Hy all..
Recently I got very interseting results from Anaerobic Digestion of alage. I used brown algae (Chrysophyta). Ceratin algae or cynobacteria have very high lipid content. Under proper conditions, these photosynthetic microorganism can produce lipids for biodisel with yields per unit area 100 times or more than possible with any plant system. These do not require any arable land.AN ADAVANTAGE!!! Algae consists of polysaccharides with zero lignin and low cellulose which make them easily digestible and convert to methane.
