"anudvega-karam vakyam

satyam priya-hitam cha yat

svadhyayabhyasanam chaiva

van-mayam tapa ucyate" (Bhagwat Gita: Chapter Seventeen verse 15)

“To speak without ever causing pain to another, to be truthful, to say always what is kind and beneficial, and to study the scriptures regularly: this practice is called austerity of speech.”
This is what Bhagwat Geeta teaches us. Speech that is not offensive, truthful, pleasant, beneficial, and is used for the regular reading of scriptures is called the austerity of word. But manytimes  we across such situations that this all vanishes from our minds. Such Geeta Shlokes doesnt touch our mind at all. As per OSHO " Anger is temporary madness" .This temporary madness when enters into our mind, all the permanently installed Gyan disappers. This sounds simple in wriring but very difficult in practice .. Once practised and nurtured very fruitful. Every human has got  Gautam Budha  inside themselves, the only neccessity is to bring that budhh out..
